What drives you crazy about buying a car?
Answer: Folks, this was what we wanted to find out from you-our customer. So we went out with a camera crew to find out. It’s kind of funny, but most of the people we spoke with said pretty much the same thing. They hate dealing with the annoying salespeople that talk down to them and treat them like idiots. They dislike the process. All the back and forth, talking to like three different people before coming to a deal. Waiting and waiting and waiting to finish up the transaction. Folks, we at West Valley Auto Plaza realize that most people abhor the car buying process. Buying a car for most is like going to the dentist: A necessary put painful experience we just want to put behind us. This is why we strive every day to do things differently than most other dealers. First of all, we spend a bunch of time asking you questions, figuring out what your needs are. We find out what your new vehicle must have that your current vehicle doesn’t have. We then discuss what you’ve budgeted for your new vehicle. After we’ve found out as much information as possible about what it is you’re trying to accomplish, we make it our goal and our mission to come as close as we possibly can to what you’re looking for and we do it quickly and professionally. We’re not always perfect and we’re not always going to find exactly what you want and that’s okay. It’s not always going to work out perfectly. Whether you buy a car from us or not, I want you leaving our dealership feeling like we did everything we could to make you happy. We tried harder than any one else out there to achieve your car buying goals. This is what “we won’t jerk you around” is all about. Showing you what we can do for you in a low pressure professional manner. If you’re anything like the hundreds and hundreds of customers we’ve already sold cars to, I think you’ll find what we do have to offer you will work for you. Get in touch with us today to find out for yourself! By the way, we will be airing the customer interviews and my responses Saturday, March 15th 11:00 AM on channel 5. Check it out!
