Hey Nick there’s a sign on the old Henry Day Ford building that says “New home of West Valley Auto Plaza” Are you guys really moving there?

Yep we really are! From 2000 to 2004 we were at our original location on the west side of 3800 S Redwood Rd. After busting at the seams, we decided to expand across the street to our current location on the East side of Redwood Rd to continue fueling our growth. After four years at our current location we have once again out grown our facilities and have decided to take advantage of this beautiful former Ford dealership. I believe this new location will bring us up to a new level of customer service. We will have the largest facility for an independent dealership in the state. Our service department will literally triple in size to better serve our previous and current customers. Our sales and delivery area will be a much more comfortable place to do business. If you enjoyed buying cars from us in the past you won’t believe how much nicer it will be to do business now. We are hoping to make the move towards the end of April and of coarse we’ll have a huge grand opening sales event and something very special for all our previous customers. What drives you crazy about buying a car?

Answer: Folks, this was what we wanted to find out from you-our customer. So we went out with a camera crew to find out. It’s kind of funny, but most of the people we spoke with said pretty much the same thing. They hate dealing with the annoying salespeople that talk down to them and treat them like idiots. They dislike the process. All the back and forth, talking to like three different people before coming to a deal. Waiting and waiting and waiting to finish up the transaction. Folks, we at West Valley Auto Plaza realize that most people abhor the car buying process. Buying a car for most is like going to the dentist: A necessary put painful experience we just want to put behind us. This is why we strive every day to do things differently than most other dealers. First of all, we spend a bunch of time asking you questions, figuring out what your needs are. We find out what your new vehicle must have that your current vehicle doesn’t have. We then discuss what you’ve budgeted for your new vehicle. After we’ve found out as much information as possible about what it is you’re trying to accomplish, we make it our goal and our mission to come as close as we possibly can to what you’re looking for and we do it quickly and professionally. We’re not always perfect and we’re not always going to find exactly what you want and that’s okay. It’s not always going to work out perfectly. Whether you buy a car from us or not, I want you leaving our dealership feeling like we did everything we could to make you happy.
